Abstract Submission Guideline

• To submit your abstracts, you have to be registered for the Scientific Program.
• To submit your abstracts, complete the form in the required fields.
• Each participating member can submit a maximum one abstract.
• If the member does not submit an abstract and invites a guest, his or her guest may submit a maximum of one abstract instead.
• Only abstracts in English will be considered.
• Limit your abstract to 2800 characters including spaces, but excluding title, authors and affiliation(s).
• The program committee of the CORLAS board will decide on the presentation mode (oral or poster).

Important Dates

Open of submission: as of now
Deadline for submissions: April 28 (Fri), 2023

Important: This deadline will not be extended.

Notification of acceptance: July 4 (Tue), 2023

Abstracts not prepared as instructed or submitted after the deadline will be rejected.

Abstract Structure

Please follow this structure:

• Title
• Authors separated by last names followed by the name(s).
• Institution, city and country where the study was performed, no postal address or code required.
• Text/Body
  Separate paragraphs for:
  - Background
  - Materials and Methods
  - Results
  - Discussion and Conclusions
  -Reference: A maximum of 2 references (only if needed)
  -Acknowledgements and/or Conflict of Interest: Only if needed.
